AHH! I hate stressing over exams! I'm taking a 5 minute break from all this studying for my exam in econ and quiz in stat tomorrow to rant about how much I hate my econ professor and his crappily written, unorganized textbook. I try to read it, it just makes no sense to me at all. It's not because I don't understand this shit...it's because he really doesn't make a lot of sense when explaining a lot of the main points. I hate it when professors write their own books and make you buy them so they make even more money out of students. I wouldn't be completely against it if they made a well published, edited, and respectable textbook. But even then, you'd only be getting one point of view and one way of explanation of the material. So if you don't understand your professor's explanation of something, you're screwed.
I think my favorite blunder so far in the text has been, "....when the household has nothing but X and least important when it has no X. Does this make sense to you? It shouldn't." Yes, it actually says that in the book with no further explanation.
Oh, how I hate this time of the year, when all your exams and papers seem to all come to you at the same time. But I guess I need to look at this holistically. This is one exam within the whole semester, and within the 4 or 5 years of college. I think I'll do alright. Hopefully. And next week, I'll be saying this same thing again, twice.
