How's the week been going for everyone? I'm still super-blocked on the long plotty fic--I definitely will need a break from long plots when I'm done with it, which is...kind of a shame because everything I really want to write seems long and plotty right now, but I'm not in a place in my life where I have the time and energy to focus on something too long! Canon has been inspiring lately, which is always fun--writers in comics fandoms always seem to have one of the most interesting and ambivalent relationships with canon. It's been a dry spell (having one member of my favorite pairing be MIA for almost two years will tend to do that...although having Batman be "dead" meant there were only about five titles with him appearing in them!) so I'm happy to see canon handing me presents again. :) How has your relationship with canon been lately?
