BACKGROUND: So as mentioned in
this post of mine, I have some stuff that I intended to write as full fics but never got the time and lost the... attention span? LOL. This is one of them. From here on, should I be able to post any such stuff, I will categorize them under the "random universe" thingy. They are most probably AU, unbeta-ed, and out of this world. With that said, I hope you like this one.

“Fuck - Jin - !”
Kame struggled to raise his pants back up to his hips as the beams of the headlights of another car grew brighter and brighter in the night, letting the inside of their truck bathe in light. Jin groaned in his lap, unhappy that his task was cut short. After at least buttoning his jeans, Kame remained still, not bothering to duck in his seat because if someone had even glanced at the truck as the momentary illumination came in, he had surely already been seen. Kame kept a hand on Jin’s head, though, to keep him from sitting up and getting himself into trouble too.
A few more seconds of silence as the headlights peacefully faded into the dark horizon, Kame finally let go of Jin’s head, and the boy groggily sat up, nevermind the drops of male fluid at the corner of his mouth.
“Who were they?” Jin asked, straightening up in his seat and rubbing his eyes with the back of his hands.
“I don’t know,” Kame replied, still staring amusedly at his partner. “Not the police, definitely. I can’t be sure if it’s one of the groups.”
Jin yawned, so that finally Kame reached out and wiped the precum off Jin’s lips with his thumb.
“You were doing a great - job - right there,” Kame paused at the quirk in his sentence, and Jin smirked back.
“The car’s gone. Sit back down - ”
“No - ” Kame was already getting off the car, his pants securely zipped up now too, as he replied. “I’m checking on the engine for a bit. Did you hear how it sounded so tired earlier when we were gunning down East Lane? I bet we’re going to have to come to town to get a few parts changed and - ”
“Yeah, yeah, I get it.”
Jin slouched in his seat again as his eyes trained on the rather blurry figure of his partner walking to the front of the vehicle.
“Do you mind taking your top off while working?” Jin called out through his window. “I want to jerk off to you sweating - ”
“Shut up, idiot,” Kame shot back, nevertheless stripping himself of his shirt and throwing it into the driver’s seat from where Jin grinned.
It was the fifth night after their second year on the road. One would think that two years is only a breeze, but Kamenashi Kazuya felt it had been a really long and sometimes excruciating journey, and he was thankful for the company of his partner, his best friend - and occasional boyfriend - Akanishi Jin.
It was Kame’s idea anyway. To run away and live like this, to seek out the evils of the world and take justice into their own hands. Jin would never think of something like this. He was the laidback type of person who lived and let live. But he chose to come with Kame on this trip to hell, and that spoke of their true relationship more than anything. They were comrades, brothers in arms, soulmates who didn’t dare part because they knew that their place was beside each other.
Kame stared into the engine of the truck, distracted as soft sighs and low groans came from the driver’s seat. He shook his head and smiled to himself, squatting in front of the truck, scanning the bumper now. Soon they’d have to replace it, as it’s braved a handful of car chases and almost-crashes. That, on the other hand, was Jin’s area. It was, after all, the older man who was keen on keeping their car - most of the time their home - sleek and awesome, like how ordinary people’s cars would look.
Kame couldn’t imagine being on the road with anyone else. Yes, Jin was rather an idiot sometimes, hence earning the nickname “Bakanishi” from their friends back home. But he was also the one who balanced Kame out. He reminded Kame that they were doing this because they wanted to, because they had fun. They could always walk away and lead normal lives, settle down and be inconspicuous, and Jin always gave Kame that option. That option was always just what Kame needed in order to remind himself that he wanted to do this.
“Kame…” came a barely audible moan from the inside of the truck, and Kame sat up just in time to see Jin shooting him a pitiful, imploring look. The man was breathless, only waiting for Kame’s attention to make himself come, and who was Kame to deny his partner a good orgasm when he needed it? Kame walked to the window at the driver’s side and peered into Jin’s sweaty face, then down his body, his chest exposed with his unbuttoned shirt, down at his pants - no, the pants were pushed downwards - at his hand that was desperately working on his shaft to command his release.
Kame smiled, reaching his own hand into the window and leading Jin’s face so that their lips met in a slow and gentle kiss, Kame massaging his tongue against the older boy’s lips and tongue until Jin let out a louder, satisfied moan. Kame glanced again at Jin’s groin and found that the boy had already come into his own hand. Well, that was taken care of now. Kame felt Jin’s arm - the unsoiled one - creep around his nape as Jin pulled him in for another kiss. Kame obliged, knowing better than to ruin his partner’s afterglow. Something that their adversaries didn’t know, obviously, as sirens suddenly sliced the stillness of the night air.
“Fuck!” It was Jin’s turn to curse, turning the key in the ignition just as Kame ran around their vehicle and jumped into the passenger’s seat.
“Is it the police now?” Kame said, sounding more exasperated than worried, as the wheels began to grind against the stony earth.
“Nah, the police would know better than to come at us fucking announced,” Jin replied, guiding the steering wheel to the left.
Soon, they were gunning down another highway, a couple of ordinary-looking cars but with those familiar red and blue lights on their roofs barely tailing them. Jin was a superb racer, that, Kame had to admit. He lost count of the number of times they had survived encounter with enemies and the police just because Jin was fast enough, managing pursuit even with the heavy truck they used.
“This is getting annoying,” Kame mumbled as he peered at the side mirror. The sirens have stopped but the lights continued to flicker. It made his eyes sore.
Jin chuckled before replying, “Relax. We’ll lose them soon enough.”
And lose them, they did. Some five minutes later, their truck skidded to a halt beside an abandoned building by the highway. They didn’t even have to make turns or scare their hunters with a couple of bullet rounds, Jin was just too fast for them. Kame guessed this was a new group that had tried ambushing and chasing them. Their veteran enemies would indeed know better than to run on poor engines and perhaps low gas.
“What did I tell you?” Jin bragged, stretching his arms as if the chase had been a mere warm-up. Kame smirked.
“Yeah, you’d say relax because - I mean - ” Kame stuttered as he finally gave in to laughing.
His partner stared at him in confusion for a moment or two before Kame, still mutely chortling, pointed at his groin. Jin never got the chance to pull his pants back up before they engaged in the pursuit. The older man rolled his eyes, kiddingly grabbing Kame’s head and trying to push the younger man towards his now flaccid member, having just come minutes earlier.
“Let’s go get some rest before your dear old best friend catches up with us,” Kame said as he pushed open the door of the truck and got off, having finally regained composure after his laughing fit.
“They won’t get here until tomorrow morning,” Jin replied, slamming his own door shut. “Tomo sent me a message. They had a run in with some cops this morning,” he explained as he followed Kame into the abandoned building.
Abandoned, it surely was. The walls and floors were all dusty with no furnish of any sort, and the wooden ceiling hung unsecurely low, heavy with ages and inches of untouched dirt.
“How the hell are we supposed to sleep here?” Jin voiced out indignantly.
“Cops from where?” Kame called behind him, totally ignoring Jin’s question.
“That little town we passed by before coming into East Lane,” Jin supplied, glaring up at the dingy interior as they walked further into the structure.
“But we just got out of East Lane!”
