Tuesday night will definitely go down as one of the coolest nights of my life. Even though I was completely exhausted from 2 hours of sleep and working all day (a policeman gave me his phone number hahaha), me and Jacqi left right after we got out of our polling places and went downtown. It was so cool how people were just flocking to Grant Park, and of course even though we were watching Obama's speech on a jumbotron, we were in the same place as him and it was a great feeling. And walking in the streets afterward down michigan ave. with soooo many people was awesome. and even though I don't attach myself much to a single person/candidate but more to a set of policies, I am sooo relieved and really happy with the way people around the world have responded to us.
