He saw his hyung come with a big plate with, some strange smelling soup and honey the.
His hyung placed the plate on the bed and said with a calming voice “Everyone’s gone for schedule… I made this for you~ It’s my grannies recipe. It works really good when you have a flu~”
He looked at the soup and then asked “you don’t have any schedule today?”
His hyung smiled brightly and tapped him on the head “No. Someone must be with the sick one~”
He watched his hyungs back as he walked out from the room.
He smiled to himself.
He wasn’t alone.
Flashback.
“RYEOWOOK~ WAKEY WAKEY~” Donghae poked on the sleeping boy.
Donghae poked more and more. And after a while started to shake him impatiently.
Then he saw the younger boy moan and that he was all red in the face.
“HYUUUNG! Ryeowook is acting weird!"
Donghae looked at him with worrying eyes. His eyes widened as he felt the heat from his forehead.
“HYUUUUUNG! RYEOWOOK'S SICK!” Donghae ran out from the room to tell everyone that Ryeowook was sick.
A while later.
All of the members (except sleeping Ryeowook) sat in a circle to disgust this strange thing.
Ryeowook was never sick. Never.
All of them talked seriously and fought about whom who would stay home with the sick boy.
At last they decided that Shindong would stay. All of them new that he was best with sick people.
End of flashback.
He sat up in his bed and tried the strange soup. He tasted it. Afraid of that it should taste horrible like every medicine does. But is was pretty good. He drank some of the honey the too.
After a while he heard someone ring on the doorbell. He heard Shindong open and talk with the person. Who was it?
Then after around 10 minutes (yes, he counted the minutes), Shindong came in with somebody beside him.
“Ryeowook~ This is Doctor. Ban. He will cure you~”
A doctor… A DOCTOR?! No. Since he was a little kid he had hated doctors.
He really had no reason (or did he?) for hating doctors. He just did (or did he?).
He shook his head to say that the doctor should go.
Shindong looked at him with worried eyes, like he asked why he didn't want the doctor to examine him.
But the doctor ignored it and walked forward to him.
His body started to shake, he froze, he was drained in sweat.
The doctor started to examine him. From top to his toes.
“He has the flu. You know it’s the flu season right now.” He looked at him then on Shindong who still looked worried. The doctor started talking again “Here’s the medicine. He’ll be okay in some weeks or days. But he has a strong body. He’ll make it.”
Shindong took the medicine and thanked the doctor.
When the doctor had gone Shindong looked back at him with happy eyes.
Woah, Shindong could really speek with his eyes. Cool.
Anyway, Shindong walked closer to him and reached him the medicine. "Take this. And you will be better faster than you think~"
Shindong laughed and waved at him. "Call me if you want anything~"
He watched once again Shindong walking out from the room.
"Hyung... Can you stay with me for a while?"
Shindong turned around and smiled at him. "Of course I will~ Anything for the sick boy~"
