(no subject)
I'm officially 29.
I so rarely update here anymore. Twitter and
Facebook and a blog have sucked me away.
But the amazing thing about my LJ is that I can look back in every single year in my 20s and know what happened. I started this journal just a few months before I turned 20. In this time, I've managed to do a few things:
- get an AA in liberal studies, a BA in English with a minor in creative writing, and an MS in college student counseling
- read a whole lot of books
- buy three cars
- make some BFFL
- refind God
- live in two kick ass apartments by myself
- buy three cars, one in my name only
- start my career
- see Celine Dion three times
- meet the most amazing kid ever
- travel to Missouri, Idaho, and Alabama to visit friends
... And so much more. I know this last year as a 20-something will be just as fruitful as I move through it.
