The survey should take about 15 minutes and at the end you will be entered to win a $100 gift card to either Amazon.com or the Apple store. For every 100 participants who complete the survey, one will win a gift card.
As more older workers retire, employers are increasingly looking to younger workers to bring new life into their companies. The Millennial Generation (16 to 29 year olds) is poised to dominate the labor force in the coming years and companies need to know what members of this generation are looking for in terms of careers and how to engage them.
The New Voices Project aims to learn as much as possible about this rising generation and use that knowledge to help facilitate the interaction between employers and young workers.
