Clean Templates

I'm trying to find clean templates for university, so I can have some different dormies, but the links on MATY are broken. Does anyone have them? Or is there a way for me to get clean templates without the file?

I don't want to bork up my game by accident, so I thought I'd ask.

They'll work just as well as the empty ones, as there's no dormies in my Sim State. :) (You don't need clean LFT or ALT to avoid the default dormies, they're always pulled from SSU.)
