Baffling Genetics

I extracted Eira, generation three cousin of my ISBI, and took a peek at her grown-up genetics. Because while I was convinced she was the gorilla-template, she didn't look like the teenage version of that template.

Sims adopted as babies (but not toddlers or children in my experience) can have a mixture of faces, even recessive hair and eye colours, I've found. Eira's nose does look like that template, but the jaw at least seems to have come from elsewhere...

Hey there! I found you over on BP and stumbled across your LJ.

I remember reading a post once (long ago) that talked about this, like mzyra mentioned. They were talking about how adopted baby faces can be a cocktail of things. There was even one user talking about how their townified cc also played into their little kids.

I think Eira has some features from the 3rd face template, though I'm not sure if that's the one. It has a similar jaw and face outline, if it's the one that I'm thinking of (with the protruding crooked nose and the squinting eyes, if that clarifies?)
