Maybe if enough ppl leave that area of work they will start to cater to that profession with incentives or they get sued for allowing ppl with minimal training.Thats usually the only way they take notice and fix whats wrong.Yeah you definitely should be nice to the person drawing blood from you;).

LOl well it would be nice if people were nice but they can be really mean, especially the people who are a little older. You're absolutely right! If people who worked hard for their certification fought back more our work places might improve. You don't want to even know some of the things I've seen from people without good training, you'd never want your blood drawn again!

Let's just say the day I quit I saw a phlebotomist open an unidentified tube and pour the blood into someone elses tube because they didn't do an adequate draw. I reported them because they could kill someone doing shit like that! And then I quit because I thought that was just fucked up!
