First of all we are going to use
this pic, also remember that you can change the settings according to the colours of your image.

I cropped it this way. and sharpened it at 20

Screen it , set it at %100.Screen it again,but this time set the opacity at %50.

Create a new layer and fill it with #6ba1eb,set it to Multiply at %50

Create another layer and fill it with #f5ede3,set it to Multiply at %100

Duplicate that layer once.

Duplicate your backround,and drag it to the top,then set it to Soft Light at %100. and you´re done!
