Crop your image,and If you want sharpen it.
1 Duplicate your base and set it to screen at 25% to make it brighter.

2 Create a new layer (Shift + Ctrl + N) and fill it with the color eac9ce,duplicate it once,and set the first one to overlay at 65%,and the second one to multiply at 15%,to give it a pinkish tone.

3 Create a new layer (Shift + Ctrl + N) and fill it with the color f4e3c6,set it to burn at 25%.
>
4 To give the image more contrast duplicate your base,drag it to the top and set it to overlay at 25% .

5 Merge Down everything(Ctrl + M) and go to Color Balance(Colors>Color Balance) and put these settings to make the colours a bit more intense

6 Finally to give the icon more depth create a new layer (Shift + Ctrl + N) l and fill it with 9a9a9a,set it to burn at 15% .

3. To give a more pinkish tone merge Down everything(Ctrl + M) and go to Color Balance(Colors>Color Balance)

4. Create a new (Shift + Ctrl + N) layer and fill it with 9a9a9a,set it to Lighten Only at 20%
