more bitching about work
It only took about a week to realize Toys R Us was run by morons. But I've been trying to stick it out and deal w/it because I feel like I'm dissapointing my father. I feel like I'm letting him down so I'm making myself miserable trying to prove shit to him. I dunno. Anyways, I told the managers about the baby shower.....a week ago...mind you usually they want 2 weeks notice but I didn't know this at the time. So they said they'd take care of it. Well, they didn't change the schedule and Michael was going over it with me and I told him what they said...and BAM...he signed the schedule saying I had the day off. The schedule up front wasn't changed..
So now it looks like I just didn't show up. And I couldn't call them cuz my cell sucks major ass and won't work. They don't know what they're doing there guys...they told me I'd be making $7.75...and then I realized last night they were paying me $7.50. So both this weeks and last weeks checks were short about 10 bucks. Bastards
Am I a horrible person if I quit? Bleh...I need a new job =( I feel like crying. I'm overwhelmed. I hate it.
Fucking idiots I swear. We're short staffed because they can't keep anyone. They didn't inform me that I'd be having to work at 4am till fucking like 2pm once christmas starts up. IT'S NOT GOING TO WORK!
