(no subject)
Read the book... I really liked it. though PoA still holds its number 1 spot on my list, not sure if OotP or HBP is 2nd... weird. I absolutely LOVED OotP when I finished it and I didn't get the same feeling with this one but now that I think back I hated Harry in OotP and there was too much stuff that annoyed me that did not happen in this book. I think that what I liked most of OotP was the Order itself. that was what made it so great.
I've been reading the posts in the forum and I have to agree with this one girl.. did anyone else felt they weren't reading something written by JKR at least during the first 2 chapters? It didn't feel really feel like harry potter to me until they announce the new DADA teacher. heh. what harry says is one of my all time favourite quotes!
also what was that "something HUGE" about lily that was supposed to be revealed?? am I the only idiot who missed it? or the fact that she was good in potions is supposed to be "something HUGE"??
also I thought the whole half blood prince thing was stupid, pointless and just crap. I hope it gets explained better in the next book or I will be really disapointed 'cause as it is now... I don't see any relevance to the story whatsoever well harry wouldn't have gotten the ff if it wasn't for it but other than that I see no point in that plot.
