I've started this new job at a company which is just up the road from me. It's nice I guess. It's the work I want to do (programming) in a really nice building (like all modern and stuff minus the bean bags) and it's really close (4 min drive). However, the pay could be better and my hours are really crappy.
Everyone here works 8am to 8pm or 9pm or 11pm or whatever. Ya, the hours suck. I've managed to leave on 7 for the last two weeks but I'm still new here.
It's not really the way I want to spend my life. The problem is, however, that I don't know what I would do otherwise.
