..... ah, well and yes, warning needed. so sit down, breath, better if you have a glass - a jug, even better - of fresh water to chill you down (the correct use for fresh water is to empty it on your head and hope it'll calm you down ^_- do not even waste time trying to simply drink it. won't do. period. :P )
