When you grow up and raise a family, you plan on taking on the full responsiblities, right? When you have a baby, you will change their dipar, when you have a toddler, you will sign them up for ballet. When you have a teenager, you will always offer a meal. To me, that seems very practical, but my father has a different view. He sees all these little responsbilities as another thing on the list. For each thing on the list, I owe it to him. If anything, he is the one who owes me a functional family. He owes me the value of family and life. I owe my father nothing.
