I'm a huge local gal fan: Amy Campbell, Rose Cousins, Andrea Sommers, Jill Barber, the-moved-to-Ontario-Susan Gale. Fabulous voices in the Maritimes.

You should go see the show at the Khyber this Thursday - Somacorp. It's my friend Dave who's this funky bass/guitar player and the singersongwriterkeyboardguitarplayer Andrea Sommers new band. They've got a nice funk feel to them.
