PoP: TT = pwned.
I just beat Prince of Persia: Two Thrones. Overall it was a pretty awesome game. That final boss battle? OMG what a pain in the ass! I had to play it over and over again for over an hour before I nailed it. It reminded me of the final Grunty battles at the end of Banjo Kazooie/Tooie. (I don't know if I ever actually finished Banjo Tooie, come to think of it.) It wasn't as bad as the ridiculously long final battle at the end of Kingdom Hearts, but still a major pain. But I liked how the Prince had to deal with the consequences of his actions, and choose to leave behind the bad aspects of himself so he could move on and rebuild his life. And I liked how, at the very end, he started the story over to tell Farah how he knew her. Very cool, especially since the first game is one of my favorites.
Lest ye think I did nothing all day but play video games: I also did a load of laundry and scrubbed the bathtub. That makes twice in one month! And I drove out to Harleysville to go to Carolyn's Becoming-a-Nun party. It was nice to see Lauren and Rose and John, and Carolyn of course, and all the siblings. And I took the car to the car wash, and when I got home I took out the Windex and did all the windows, and stuck my new sexy reading mudflap girl on the window. Woot!
