Super Charity Go has officially ended for its third run. This was a great one, guys! I know you are all anxious to see how we did, so I'll get right to it.
The total amount we raised for this run is...
$594.70!
Which is amazing in itself, but adding that to our totals from previous runs, that makes Super Charity Go's grand total a very lovely...
$1890.86!
I dunno about you guys, but I am thrilled. We're a small group of about 40-50 people, but we have still raised nearly $2000 in just three short drives. Heck, for this run, not even that many people decided to hop in, yet we still brought up about $600. A funny thing I noticed about this drive is that there were many people who donated HUGE chunks of change, but said they didn't want anything in return. The whole purpose of Super Charity Go is to encourage people to donate by offering creative works or at least providing a silly incentive, so the fact that people were willing to help this drive flourish without even wanting a reward is very humbling for me, and also gives me a lot of hope for this drive's future.
Everybody who participated in this round--donors, volunteers, even people who just advertised us--should feel fantastic about themselves. I hope you all decide to stick around for next year, and that we manage to talk some more people into joining us and making the next drive even bigger and better than this one. There is no place for us to go but up!
AS OUR TRADITION COMMANDS, let's take a moment to appreciate the people who volunteered and the works they completed!

Before I go, a note: we will most likely take away the PG-13/pushing R rule and allow people to request smut. None of the mods actually cared that much about the rule in the first place and just sort of threw it in because we worried about the pan-medium nature of this comm (real porn stuff could get weird). Of course, we would still require that people clearly mark something as NSFW/link rather than embed just to keep browsing worksafe, but still. If you have a problem with this or just wanna make a note about it, please let us know!
IN FACT, LET US KNOW ABOUT EVERYTHING IN GENERAL whether you like things how they are or wish we would make a tiny little tweak or want us to completely do something over, because this post counts as a suggestion box as much as it is a party post.
