i used a bread-maker recipe. i won't be making these again. they were way too bready-gluteny for me. i am still going to look for a cake-like cinnamon bun recipe.
(i've decided to start posting smaller pictures... to save space in the photobucket filing cabinet... and to be able to post more pictures... if there's an especially tantilizing foodpic, i'll post a larger one, but, small do just fine)
(i should really remember to put the camera on macro when i photograph my food. poor burger. this picture doesn't do it justice. well at least the bag in the background is in focus)
on with the post...
dude. if you haven't had wholefoods market's 365 brand vegan burger, you've been missing out. especially if you think boca burgers taste good. (i personally think boca burgers taste like cardboard. but that's just me.... and scott. he thinks so too.)
well, we adorned our beautiful burgers with vegenaise, yves' veggie bacon, a thick slice of tomato and lettuce... and of course ketchup. you can't forget the ketchup. mm-mm. all on a The Baker 7-grain sourdough roll.
the corndawgs came from the second recipe
on this page it was okay. flavor was good... but the batter didn't stick to the dogs, and was too thick. i will definately try a different recipe next time.
and i can't get enough of these blueberry pancakes. we made them 2 weekends in a row. yummmmmers.
we just put blueberries in
our favorite pancake recipe tomorrow i will make a post about the black-and-white deli cookies i recently adapted. like the kool-aid man says: "ohhhh yeaaah!" definately a keeper.
