i need accounts of problems with the bartenders.(or with govindas)
my mom called me yesterday and told me that there had been a problem with govindas and the bartenders ("almost coming to blows" that part, i don't really believe)
carol(the community center director) called my mom and told her that at 2:30 am, the bartenders called her and told her that govindas had left trash and food and leaky trash bags all over the game room. my mom told carol that one of the bartenders had left the station to dance with christine, and she didn't believe her. (can you freakin' believe that? she said that she's been using these guys for 6 years, and nobody's complained)
now, scott and i finally went home at about 1:30, because we had all the gifts and random stuff plus 8 deep aluminum pans full of leftovers plus 3 huge chunks of cake that we didn't want going to waste.
my first account:
just after we came in, i wanted ginger ale, so i go up to the bartenders, and neither one of them ask me what i wanted, other people come up, and they get them what they want... did they actually think i went up there to hang out with them? i just left and vowed to never go back up. i had scott go and get me my ginger ale.

at the end of the night, i was getting stuff together to take down to the car, and scott comes up, and the bartender pulls him aside and says "the man's the boss" and other sexist shiitake. i immediately go and bring the stuff to the car, i didn't want to put up with that crapola.

after we come back up to grab more stuff, i hear madhi saying in a calm tone "we've been respecting you, please respect us" and i notice the sweet little server guy off to himself looking very offended.
the whole entire time, the batenders were totally smashed. and during clean up, i noticed that they were smoking at least one of my father-in-law's cigars and there was a clear posted sign of no smoking.
i wasn't going to complain to carol, i was just going to accept it, but now that she's accusing my mom of lying and govindas of being irresponsible and also not giving my mom the $200 security deposit back, i sure as hell am going to complain. so i want all accounts from anyone who had problems with either bartenders or govindas. if you don't feel right replying here, my e-mail is on my info page. also, let me know if you would mind my giving your e-mail address to carol so she can make sure i am not lying as well.
