Well, I worked for the office move for two days and made 300$. Then, we finished early and found out there was nothing left to do, so I took advantage of my already scheduled days off and went to Tofte to see Roy. He had Friday off for the Reagan thing (is that how you spell his name?) and we ended up exploring 2 of the state parks on the North Shore, eating out a lot, and sitting on the beach (they get big waves up there and it resembles the ocean more than Ashland's beaches). Roy and I are planning an actual beach trip towards end of summer. His house is really nice (governmental housing). I left there at 7 this morning after we had breakfast.

Got the DSL stuff hooked up today. It's just about as fast as the school network, which is nice because I'm spoiled to that. I was planning on going to the bar tonight dancing with Tonya/Lisa/and crew; but I'm not interested anymore.

Must pay bills and get money order for cash I earned from the move. I'm going to search out some stuff to buy off eBay eventually. camicizam, I have a dog. Mom doesn't know; she said she didn't want me to have a dog because I wouldn't be home much to let one in and out. I kind of worked around that because this house has a covered breezeway/mud room and I leave that door open and she can come in/go out as she pleases all day long while I'm at work. She's a red golden retriever who's 10-12 years old and was too old to send to the shelter (i.e. she was going to be euthanized). She's probably been a house dog the majority of her life b/c she is perfectly housetrained. She's fun because there is a river that runs through Mellen and she (being a retriever, of course) loves fetching tennis balls and swimming in the river. Not really sure when I'm going to tell Mom about her. Or if I'll just board her when mom comes up or what.

I've pretty much decided that I only want to live with Roy next year; he feels the same. I have a lot of reasons, but mainly because I need to stay sane. I know I get along with Roy just fine. I think I'll just try to find a small place towards the end of summer where we can have Melanie (the dog) and Drew (the cat). That sounds just fine to me. Can't forget to trim Drew's claws soon, she's starting to sharpen them, which means they've gotten too long. Must order Calculus book today.
