its a continuation
yea, so let me try to catch up. saturday i worked in the morning-afternoon at the st agnes 7th/8th grade basketball league. i swear, those kids look so small. i guess thats what happens when u get old. the kids seem younger and u seem older. o well, it is easy money. $25 to work the scoreboard for 3 games and keep track of fouls for 3 games (i worked with my older bro & we alternated btwn the 2 jobs). plus free lunch. the hardest part of the job is putting up w/ my brother. yea, and then i got back from that and found out uk was beating tennessee, in tn, 31-22. i was like "yes, maybe it can happen this year". but then they turned into uk and lost in the last minute. again. 20 years in a row now tn has beaten uk in football. thats kinda sad. saturday nite i did some super-cool hangin out w/ mr asman. we went over to his house after a while and played some mega man anniversary collection (best game ever. it combines the previous 3 best games ever into 1!)
sunday i went to church and watched the bengals offense completely dominate those losers from cleveland. i'd say carson palmer is making great strides for next year. they will probably finish 6-10 or 7-9 this year, but atleast palmer is showing some improvement. next year, they will bust out. division champs. i'm callin it now. u read it here. feel free to give me props when the time comes. also, late congrats to the toronto argonauts, cfl champions. thats right, i occassionally pay attention to canadian football. its canadian, and its football, whats not to love about it?
after the game my brother drove us back down herre. i sat around that nite. monday was cool. my geography film analysis was supposed to be due weds, but was pushed back to friday. hooray, i had yet to watch my movie at that time. honors class was freakin awesome. we broke up into smaller group, and my group was me & 3 hotties. 1st there was the sorority girl (well, soon to be former sorority girl). thats right, she's hot enough to make it in, but smart enough to drop out of it. and she plays tennis and is really cool, and boyfriended. thats probably better tho, b/c i would get crazy ideas and say/do something stupid. instead, i'm constantly cool (if that is ever true). another girl was the laura z-lookalike. and yes, laura, i have started hitting on her a little bit, just little stuff every here and there. and the last girl is the 1 i've thought about hookin up with. she's nice and all that jazz that ppl say in this situation. she also has red hair, which doesn't really mean anything to me, but its an easy way to describe her. and i think she may like me, tho i'll admit, i'm bad at reading the signs. and a funny story happened during this project. alright, so sunday nite i went to the commons to buy some milk, and 1 of the black workers there asked me if i had ever braided my hair, and i was like "no.." and he was like "u should do it, u would look good in it" and i was like "maybe.." and he was like "seriously, do it." so then i related this story to my group, and the red head said, "u should. i could do it for u. i used to corn-row my ex-boyfriend's hair all the time" and i was like "really?" and she was like "yea. (pause) i'm gonna do it." so now i may be getting my hair into corn-rows, atleast for a day. personally, i don't think i'm black enough to do it, and it would just look like a slap in their faces. corn-rowing ur hair is crossing a line, and i don't really wanna cross it. so i don't know, it may or may not happen. hmmm, which do u guys think would look funnier, my hair in corn-rows or me wearing a hair net. either way, the pictures will go for millions in japan, and i will make a fortune.
anyway, after class i was heading back to my room and i ran into the sorority girl, and we chatted for a bit (this was about a half hour after class. i stopped to get some food), and she invited me to join them for a study party b/c we have an honors test this day (weds). so i was all "awesome, see u there". i stopped by the library and picked up a movie to watch for geography. the movie is "antonia's line", i will not go in-depth about it right now, but i can sum it up in 1 word: smut. that's all i'm gonna say. yea, but then i went to the study party that nite, there were 6 of us, and it was fun. and i learned stuff. so it was like a triple win. and then i came back and watched the rams lose to favre & green bay. and then bed. and now, i need to stop writing in this and do some quick cramming before i leave for geography. i will keep catching up later. have a lucky day.
