well, its been a while, i suppose i'll jot some stuff down. monday...sat around in geography, felt kinda good making comments during my honors class (and chattin it up with one of the cool, good-looking girls. yea, i got no shot, but o well). i can't really remember anything else from monday (thats probably bad, i'm better at remembering stuff than this). tuesday was a great day. chem was fine, bio went alright. had a nice lunch at k lair at 11 am, worked on a little bio lab hw while enjoying some family matters and step by step in the afternoon (u gotta love college). bio lab was good fun, we worked on our respiration lab for the 1st time in 2 weeks (the other groups had done it, but we were the last group to go) and then dissected a sheep eye. yes we did. after that tho my day got immeasurably better. as i was walking back to my room i saw grace dwertman, and she informed me that chipotle had free burritos. there wasn't any real reason for them, it just happened. well, needless to say, i dropped off my books, picked up my roommate, and we walked 20 minutes across campus to wait in line for 30 minutes before getting a burrito. but it was goooooooooood. i got a chicken one, i enjoyed it. it was fairly filling, which is always good, and it was freee, which is always good. then as i was walking back to my room, and for some reason in the complex outside my room, there was music playing and free food. so i capitalized. i got a couple hot dogs and a pulled pork bbq sandwich. very tasty. then later, i met my bro and picked up a box of cheerios (1 lb, 4 oz) that i told my mom to send with him, and a bottle of vitamins she just decided to throw in. i enjoyed an episode of scrubs and chatted with some people i hadn't talked to in a while (thats always good), and called it a day. wednesday was all about studying for biology. geography and honors were uneventful, nothing exceptionally cool went on. between them i went to the library and checked out a practice test for biology and studied up on that. then i ate lunch at ovid's, my 1st time there. the food is decent, but its a bit overpriced (like $4 for a piece of cake. i'm sure its pretty good, but thats a bit much). after honors i went to the library and studied my ass off for way too long. sometime after 6 i decided to break and walked down to k lair and picked up a chocolate shake and made myself a dinner in my room (along with my bio book, sadly. yes, i was a nerd that day). except from 8-9, when i took a much-needed break to watch "lost". i don't care how unbelievable the baseline of the story is, i don't think its supposed to be real, which is a big improvement over the 10,000 reality shows out there. but anyways, i studied a little more for bio (i wanted to freakin ace this test, alright) and called it a nite. this morning i headed to chem and "learned" electron configuration and orbital notation, tho i already knew it. next was my bio test, and it wasn't bad at all. i'm about 99% sure i got an A, which really is all i'm looking for. it doesn't matter if you get a 91 or a 99, your gpa will still be 4.0. i got done with that early and came back and called my mommy (how could i forget her?) and ate lunch and spent until 2:30 working on bio lab homework. i felt so tired after doing all that, i wanted to take a nap, but i had to go to my class. altho it wasn't bad at all. we took a kinda practice test for our test on tuesday, tho the questions were probably a lot easier than they will be. we got done plenty early, but i stayed and studied up on some of the dissected pigs sitting out. but i was still outta there by 4. i came back, chilled for a bit, finished some honors reading, then went up to north campus. i ate dinner with mike, his friend chris, and some other guy i don't know (will, perhaps?). then we headed up to kentucky theatre and saw "troy", for free. just another perk of being in the honors program. it is a great movie, i loved it! then, i walked this girl melanie back to her room, which was cool. i was glad to have someone to walk back south with. and now i'm sitting here. it was a great couple days, and i can't wait for the weekend. hope everyone else has been having a stellar week as well.
