what i'm doing on a sick day

this series is not yet finished. i'm working on 8 different cards for it, all of which feature this lovely vintage image i found in some recycled, dumpstered encyclopedia. these are only the first two and i'm working on the third one as you read this probably.
also, i keep forgetting to say that rainingfish got me an amazing going away/birthday present which is a box of rubber stamps (very very large) that would've been used at like a grocery or general store. they are AMAZING and i need to take a picture of the set to post up here. i was totally floored and flattered.
