(no subject)
So just when I was ready to quit the music business, amazing things started happening. My focus has shifted from sucky major record labels to a local band and I'm much happier. It's very weird because they have a song that's been rather prominent with them lately and it describes perfectly what's been happening to me this week. [Editing this to say that I forgot that I already kind of mentioned all of this, therefore I'd like to add that I'm their new merch girl and so far have been kicking ass at it like anything else I do. I will also probably be doing other things for them too. So far I love these guys and the rest of their camp too.]
I wish I would've tried these particular sweet potato chips sooner. I got a really good deal on them at Big Lots but didn't want to stock up without knowing if I'd like them (I was worried the cinnamon and nutmeg would be too strong but it's not) and I don't think they have any left any more. Dangit!
If I'm not in TX for Warped Tour, I may go see DMX. He's doing a show in St. Pete and it's only about $20. I think that could be fun.
I'm not looking forward to my job later today AT ALL (booth greeter at a tech show) but at least it's only 3 hours long and pays on the spot.
