couscous with shrimp & veg.

My first post! yay!

I made this for lunch today, it was very good. Simple & healthy too.




Saute the shrimp with any  veg. you choose, in a skillet with olive oil. I used bell peppers, red onion & mushrooms. Cook couscous according to package directions. I cook it in chicken broth instead of plain water, it gives it more flavor. Mix all together and season to taste. I used Adobo seasoning, black pepper and some hot sauce. Great with an ice cold beer!
