It's not too hot the way I make it with the Thai chilis. You have to remember that the half and half, cheese and sour cream are all dairy that will counteract the heat. But it's very creamy, so I think it would still be devine, even if you didn't make it spicy. :)
I will definitely have to give this a try. I've been looking for white chili recipes, and honestly, they always sounded a bit bland. This one sounds really flavorful, and my husband and I love spicy food, so the Thai chilies are an especially nice touch!
OMG it is so good! I like it because it's really creamy, so the heat is wonderful, without being nuts. Also, I used cheyenne pepper when I was seasoning the chicken, so that gave it a nice kick. I really hope you love it! It was the first time I ever made white chili, so I was nervous, but I really can't express how yummy it is. :)
