Cauliflower quiche

This was delicious! It's really easy too, and you can throw in about anything you like. It does take a while, it has to be in the oven for 40/45 minutes.

That looks delicious. This would be a good Thanksgiving day breakfast.

Also...can you (or maybe someone else who reads this community) tell me if a springform pan is just a cheesecake pan, or are there other types of springform pans?

Thanks!

I have 9 different springform pans and I use them for whatever I need at the time. And I rarely make cheesecake.

Are they all different shapes, or depths, or...how exactly would you describe them? Does springform mean that the bottom just comes out?

Sorry I'm so confused...I've always wanted to clarify this. Thanks for your help!

All my pans have the same depth. The sizes and shapes are different. I have a heart shaped one, as well as a diamond shaped one (which is a stone B***** to work with). I think what makes them springform is the fact that the bottom removes. Does this help?

i think fatcook is right, its just that the bottom comes out. here in holland we use one size the most, so that's the one i always use, you can buy it anywhere here, 'the normal size' i call it haha but i dont know if its normal in other countries too.
