Bbq'ed Hamburgers

Tuesday's supper.







Here they look a bit squished because I squished them. I like my hamburgers that way.




Make 5in. diameter(they shrink when they cook) and 1/2in. thick patties of medium lean ground beef, sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. Slather with bbq sauce. Bbq till well done, watching to get them right. Butter Rosemary Buns and toast on bbq. Add condiments and cheese. Devour and enjoy!
