Comment: A two-spirit is the term used by America’s First Nations to describe a person who is gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, or trans-gender. They were considered magical and believed to harbor the spirit of both man and woman.
Updated Summary: Jensen is a disgraced British soldier and exiled to a regiment in the New World to serve under Captain Morgan, where he befriends a cocky Lieutenant Rosenbaum who is as much an outcast as Jensen. Jared was adopted as a small child and raised by a native tribe. He has chosen the path of a two-spirit. When their worlds collide, the lives of all four men are changed forever.
