This wasn't a very big week for downloads, but nontheless, I added two more tracks this week. This brings the total number of songs available on the system to 348. Let's get right to it.

The first song is "The Sounds of Silence" by Simon and Garfunkel.

This is another one of those songs that was a hit way before there were such things as music videos. This fan-made video was pretty cool though. If there's one thing that I've learned from going to other parties and playing on other people's systems is that variety essential to having a good RB/GH party. If you don't have a lot of variety in your song library, the party dies quickly. People sing the songs that they know and then you're party is over. Repeating songs that have already been played is boring. Having no singer because you don't have a lot songs that people want to sing is also very boring. "The Sound of Silence" is one of two Simon and Garfunkel songs that were released as DLC this week. I'm not much of a fan of "I Am a Rock". However, I do love "The Sound of Silence". It's not a very complicated song, but it's pretty and I think it will be a lot of fun. Expert level drums was not very tough, but I could have done it a bit cleaner than I did.

The second song is "Dreaming of Love" by Lights Resolve.

What the hell is this song? I don't know. The only reason I got it was because it was free. Sometimes, some free DLC comes out and if it's free, I'm getting it. I've got no reason not to. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it isn't. After hearing this song, I could care less about it. Will anybody want to play it? I doubt it. Oh well, it was free.

It looks like next week, we go over the 350 mark. Gee, that's a lot.
