I think I'll skip the Speed Racer movie. The more previews I see, the dumber it looks. It just doesn't look very good.
I'm finally caught up on photos. I submitted the photos from Tokyo Night last night, so hopefully the pictorial will be up soon and I can do another "Behind the Story" LJ post. The Taste of Chaos article is doing really well. It was downloaded about 2,500 times in the first two days that it was out, so thanks to all of those who downloaded it. The rest of the month looks really busy. I'm going to be out at some fun shows and other events and Fanime is coming up pretty fast.
It looks like I have most of the day to goof off tomorrow and then go to the Random Ninjas show at night. They're playing at that pizza restaurant near CSULB again so it's going to be a night of friends, music, and lots of pizza. I'll probably be out to one of the Miyavi shows next week. I'm leaning towards the Anaheim show because I have another show on Saturday night to get to and going to Miyavi's Friday night show seems like it would be really exhausting. Plus, at Anahiem, I know where I can get a quick bite to eat before the show without having to sit in a restaurant that smells like hobos. Next Saturday, I have the Korean Music Festival to go to. I went there last year and it was really fun because I got to see BoA. BoA is sexy!!! hahaha The lineup for this year looks really impressive also. Chae Yeon!!! Yay!!!
After that, I'll probably get out to one of those Death Note screenings on the 20th and on Thursday the 22nd, I'm off to Fanime. It looks like they have some details for the
music schedule. We have local bands on Friday night. Friday night's concerts ends at 8 PM, so the night will still be young and there will still be plenty of fun to be had. An Cafe show is on Sunday night with Ramen & Rice. Look at that! I miss those two. So, come out and support my friend
pikacelloand her sister. If you've never heard them play before, you will be amazed. Fanime will be a "work" convention for me so I don't know what my schedule will be like. I take my press work very seriously. I wish they would announce more stuff though. The convention is less than 2 weeks away. I'll be returning on the Tuesday after Fanime. I'm staying an extra night so I don't have to make my way back to LA in the dark.
On the 30th, I'll be in Irvine for the Iron Maiden show. When I bought tickets, the was no opening band on the schedule, but earlier this week, I found out that the opening band was Anthrax. That's going to be an incredible show. I'm excited.
It's going to be a busy 3 weeks.
