Man, tonight is such a bust. I'm so bored that I actually went food shopping tonight. Now I'm just sitting around watching the Surreal Life and drinking box wine (white zin) and going online. Blaaah

Are you any good with a frying pan? Do you like eggs?

I came up with an egg-white omelette recipe that will knock yer socks off. And because eggs are involved, its pretty cheap. In fact, I'm trying to do a lot more 'cooking' type stuff, so if you ever want to exchange recipes, etc, please just let me know.

Is it a healthy egg-white omlette? I'm open to suggestions. Although I must admit I am prejudiced against eggs with no yolk, I love the yolk, and I think yolkless eggs are sad and pathetic and I want to kick them. But maybe you have a way to give them back their dignity?

Yikes, actually I have none to share. I don't ever make omlets because you have to buy too much stuff, and I don't usually have the patience for them. What is your "knock your socks off" recipe?
