I just have a very sensitive issue up for debate. I do not intend any sort of discrimination whatsoever.

As a non-asian here - white girl here -, I accept that I'm out of the ordinary in Super Junior or even DBSK's group of fans. I never really thought about it how odd it is. However I met this girl today (she had just come from Korea a few years ( Read more... )

Dude,I'm Latino and like SuJu,and since I live in a place where crappy black rap (it's offensive 90% of the time) seems to be everything,I can never fangirl with anyone about SuJu.
I know how it feels, except I have noone to even MENTION SuJu to,because they think it's crap :)

Exactly.....
Somehow I find Asian musics much better than western ones. People around me just don't get it. For them, everything American is cool and I'm always like "Why don't you people try something different and in fact MUCH MUCH BETTER????" But sadly, they just don't give a damn -.- So I give up. But it makes me treasure my good taste more! XD XD

I find all Asian music to be better than western ones. There's only a few Western ones I like, butyou'll find me listening to Asian music 97% of the time.

I feel the same way,and it really sucks. I don't have any Asian friends either who'd understand me better, either.

X3 but that's true,haha!

Man, I love rap xD no matter how crappy it is but everyone's own I guess. I'm with you- I have nobody to fangirl over suju with other than here.
It's good musical taste is so diverse, otherwise.. music would be boring!

I really can't stand the simple beats and awful lyrics some rappers put. Some of them just put on a beat, slap in some lyric nonsense, and call it rap.
In my opinion, rap does not take any vocal ability. Therefore,it makes me focus on the lyrics more, but if the song has no good lyrics, what's the point?
Just my opinion,I'm just very tired of low-quality stuff that spreads nothing but a bad message.
But yeah,it is good music is so diverse ^^
