(no subject)
I had the best Sunday I think I have ever had in my entire life this weekend! ::dances around in excitement overflow::
I went to see Puddle of Mudd, Chris Daughtry and Nickelback! It was fucking awsome! Best concert ever I may have to say (and I've been too some good ones, No Doubt, Green Day and The Fray) but this one...there was just so much energy and excitement and and..well...lots of other fun stuff. Anna and I had pretty good seats, sorta far ,but not bad at all. Getting there was a bit of a pain in the ass because there is lots of road construction right around Kemper that effected every way to get there except one, so everyone was going one way and the stadium was almost sold out + space on the floor so there was lots of people.
Puddle of Mudd opened, and started 5 minutes early so we weren't in our seats yet but standing outside buying t-shirts. I got a Nickelback one, but later exchanged it for a Daughtry one because the Nickelback ones didn't have us on the tour date list for some odd reason. SO we went in, and Puddle of Mudd was awsome, they are such crowd entertainers, the guy was always telling these funny stories and just really entertaining. Then there was a set change so we sorta went and wandered around a bit this is when I switched out my shirt after realizing the lack of our tour date, then Daughtry came on and omg was he amazing! (Anna and I have been wanting to see him live for so long! but he is always playing the voodoo lounge which is 21 and over (25 days!!!!!!)) At one point him, and his band got silly stringed and pied in the face ...I think Nickelback did it but I didn't see happen because I was sitting down because my ankle was starting to hurt from standing, but the way Nickelback kept waiting for Daughtry to seek revenge made me think that they did it. Sooo yea Daughtry did his set then there was another set change between the band, so again we went and wandered to kill time (I forgot to mention they were playing really shitty prerecorded music between the sets). THen we went back to our seats and were just sitting there messing around when BAM! Pyrotechnics blow and THEN the lights go out. Scared the unholy fuck out of everyone in the stadium lol.
Nickelback was the freakin awsomest shit ever! They played all their good stuff,

and did a few special things for us since we were the last stop on their tour..they had a couple guys from our pro football team (who suck so I don't think anyone really cared) who came to shoot the tshirts cannons and some dude from the band metalhead came out and played guitar. THen they threw beer into the audience (they did this everyone though so this wasn't part of the spceial stuff) ummm during the encore of Rockstar, Daughtry came out and sang it with them at one point wearing a blonde wig which was hilarious and really amzing.
OMG! The drum solo! Their drummer is fucking A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Watch this!

umm so yea. then after the concert we took our time leaving because of the large mass of people that have to all leave in the same direction..it took us like an hour to leave the parking lot. That's ok we had fun chatting and listening to music and talking to these guys who asked me directions who were from Joplin, MO. So all in all it was fun.
Today was Campus Kickoff at school...theres always atleast one interesting thing to do for free there...first year it was tye dye tshirts, second year was the same, this year they had wax hands! I've always wanted a wax hand but have never wanted to pay for one at the Ren Fest soooo I got one! Hecks ya.
Soooo that's that. That was my Labor Day weekend.

omg! how the hell could I forget to post about the Meth lab house that exploded! It happened down in Riverside...I dunno maybe like 20ish? minutes from here. HUGE fire it was so cool!
