Well...
Still no word, it doesn't help that I'm not family. I'll try again when I'm feeling a little less fragile.
In other news, got an email from a guy at LaBarge Weinstein, one of the firms I interviewed with for articling. They're a boutique business law firm with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions- I had asked why over 90% of their M&A work is for target companies (the guys being bought out) rather than purchasing companies (self-explanatory :P). His response (a small excerpt):
"we like to be the underdogs fighting the 'man'!"
I instantly fell in love with the place. *is crossing her fingers to get a second interview*
