Does anybody know any classic recipes from France or other francophone places? I have to show my class how to cook something. It can be as incredibly complicated or fancy as you please because it's a tiny class; the only requirements are that it doesn't contain pork (because I have to cook it at home) and that it's no more likely than any normal recipe to cause various kitchen utensils to catch fire. (You may recall that I sort of have a history with this. Um.)
