Don't worry, we aren't missing a closing post. The deadline for all submissions for Week 2 has been extended to next Tuesday. If you've already been excused, you are still excused, but if you wish to do it, that's fine.

This week's mission is:

The Bandom Oscars(Sort of)

Who is your favourite bandom boy/girl? Who would you fight for to win Best Bandom Girl, or Best Comedic Performance?

Write a primer/manifesto reflecting on one bandom person and post it.

You must include a nomination, a photograph relating to said nomination and at least one rec reflecting on said nomination.

List of possible nominations:
Best Bandom Girl/Boy
Best Supporting Girl/Boy
Best Comedic Performance
Best Dramatic Performance
Best Original Song Idea/Lyric
Best Video Performance/Idea
Most Important Contribution to Bandom
Lifetime Achievement Award

The submission date is Wednesday, 27th August 2008 3:30pm CST.

Please comment below with the person you'd like to do and what you would like to nominate them for. You can have more than one nomination, but I'd rather you use ones that worked with each other. And it makes it harder on you because you need a photo and fic rec for every nomination.

One thing you cannot do is nominate someone for everything.
