AHHHH at work.
This is basically how I feel right now at work.
It's been one fucking problem after another with Poulin's 2 locations and their T1s (internet connections). The NOC (network operations center) has loops (bad) so the data portion wont work but the voice does. The bad part is that the phone people (PCCW) have a hold so they won't write the configs for the phones so the phones don't work.
Besides that I'm the only one working on the ASAS project (2 factor authentication). That's not the problem the problem is I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing or if I really need to be doing anything. Who knows.
Also when I tell you to call someone, call them. You know there's a problem solve that shit so that our rollouts go on time. Dammit. We had to have their office wired because it wasn't done and I told that to someone but nothing was done about it.
