Birds and Fish just aren't suited for each other
What can I say? I was a fool to think that you were someone who'd be there for me throughout life. You were one of my best friends, I loved talking to you, even when you made me feel like absolute shit. Unconditional love and friendship, but I guess it's pointless when it's not returned and all that's left behind are heartbreak and tears. I forgave so many harsh words, so much disdain, but I've finally realized after so many years, that loving someone so much is never a good thing when that person barely hides their scorn for your existence. You said it yourself, this is better for the both of us. All I can say is good luck in everything you do, I hope you accomplish everything you set out to do, and I hope you find joy in whatever may come.
