Arg my computer won't start!!
or ...it starts but before it gets to the logon screen it restarts. over and over and over again. I can't figure out what hte problem is. Microsoft says that a file called kernell21.dll may be screwed. In that case i would need a windows boot disk. I don't know if any of you have one but if you do PLEASE HELP
