I think its a sin to be blogging about food in the middle of the night when you're just about to hit the sacks. But i can't help it, good food is meant to be shared amongst all... And although you can't have any of the yummy i'm having now, enjoy and take in the gloriousness of it in the pictures below :D
Hot, pipin' chicken pies baked fresh from the oven.
I scalded my fingers a bit by attacking it too soon before its cooled down, but who cares really. All i wanted to do was gobble down the yummies and worry about the fingers later :D The pastry is so flaky crumbly yummy that i had a pile of crumbs flying all over my laptop while eating.. The pies were bursting and oozing with warm filling of chicken, mixed veggies, potatoes & oodles of mushrooms :D Yum. I'm a messy eater because the pastry's so fragile and goood, i had a pile of leftover fallen-out ingredients on the plate which i promptly finished off :9
I had no role whatsoever in contributing to the outcome of the wonderful pies. I didn't roll the dough, make the pastry, help with the fillings or the baking. The only role i play would be to... eat and polish off every single crumb of it 8D
