don't try to act like everything is fine.

One reason why i hate commuting via the trains during peak hour is the hordes of inconsiderate people you get to meet along in it. Some think they owe the poles, some think they're part-time guard officers at the doors, some thing they're in a freaking disco with their loud thumping music, others think they're at home when they yak loudly, and of course, there are some who think they own that 2 by 2 square meter of foot space they take up in the train and refuse to budge an inch when it's your stop and you need to get off. And most of the time, people don't really know their manners of excuse me, please, thank you. They just headbutt you and expect you to give way. Nudge you or bump into you, provoking a maneuver or response of some-sort.

Today, when i was getting of the train, this lady, with her two other friends were obliviously blocking the passage to the exit of the train doors.. Being the rather polite and courteous person, i said excuse me, not once, not twice, but three times. But she just decided to ignore my polite request and continued sms-ing away while hearing her two other friends yak. Wah, so annoying okay. She didn't even move one inch. Made me want to headbutt her so badly okay..

One reason why i think our society is definitely not a gracious society. People taking up two sides of an escalator, rushing into trains without giving way to alighting passengers, and so much more. :s

Setting aside the example i met in the train today, sometimes i just think people don't understand simple layman English. Like how hard can it be? Cannot understand what i'm tried to put across to you is it? Need me to say how many times? Once not enough ah? Need to wait for things to turn ugly then happy is it? Sometimes i just want to shove a dozen toilet brushes into people's mouths to shut them up and to let myself enjoy some peace and serenity.

Obviously to some people, it's too much to ask for.

blah, inconsiderate people, whatever, public transport, rant, people who don't understand english
