We talked for about 2 whole hours while eating our toast, sipping our tehs, and eating our yummy eggs! It was a nice way to idle away the afternoon in our oversized t-shirts and home-shorts, with the most frumpy hairstyles and faces. A phone call away, you just hafta grab a dollar note and an umbrella and out you go! Friendship at its best :))) -hugs- when we grow old, would we still walk down to the kopitiam together? would we still have time to chit chat and eat our toast while laughing over jokes and reminiscing about the good ol'days? Ah, no wonder people said university days are the best. More free time than when you're a laborer. Shopping in town during the afternoons, breakfast sessions in the morning, prawn noodles in school, running after the buses at half past 7 in the mornings, waiting in the hot afternoon sun to go home, hanging around with the classmates after classes.. I think i'll miss these little bits of things after graduation.
It's the time of your life where you ought to do more things you'll never get to do in future. It's the time where you get to hang out with friends/classmates most without a worry or care. It's the time to create more wonderful memories amidst one another's presences.. right? :) Sometimes we're too caught up in our own lives that we tend to overlook the finer details and aspects of what's surrounding us, the people, our environment.. There's more to life than what we really think it contains..
What's there now won't be there forever.. right? :)
