I don't know what's happening around me lately. The recent spat of events have led me to believe that i'm pretty much, seemingly, down on my luck lately. This was further confirmed by what happened to me just now when i was alighting from the bus.

this...this...ROFL...is just the stuff that dramas are made of. it's like you can't even go without worrying about having things to settle. very ah ma leh, kufufu XD YEAH, 'cos her mum reads all these suan ming and fengshui stuff, then some of the things her mum told her are very true (quite scary), so she always goes to school and tells us about it. it's tempting to want to find out more, but i maintain that i'm the kind who suscribes to "ignorance is bliss" when it comes to these kind of things.

AARGH i must give you a mini lecture right here right now! damn if i be labelled paranoid for this! D:< you know, the past two years in my course, we learnt some things that i feel are quite important: whenever you put your opinions on the net, you put yourself at risk to a certain extent; negative opinions, if phrased incorrectly, can be treated as libel if the opposite party gets serious; the search engine's power must never be underestimated. plus my mum just recently pointed out this article to my brother and i concerning how employers are learning how to check up on potential employees through net searches (if you think about academic applications, also possible for schools to check up on students/potential students...you know scholarship thingies and all that funk). very scary ;___; that's why i've become more cautious about my net activities.

O___O Now that you've said it, i'm going to er lock up my entry now -_- thanks ah! you just made me so paranoid! That reminds me, you know jingwen deleted alot of stuff off his friendster account, cos he was afraid his employer will check on him over there. T_T God, the powers of the cyberspace. Quite scary now, come to think of it eh :/ i'm glad i don't have any incriminating stuff on my blog, except for a couple of rants littered here and there :p Lucky my livejournal options i chose to not show it in search engines and stuff. More private too :x

o_o hmmm, i think knowing a bit of those is okay lah. but don't be overly engrossed until it dominates your life and dictates the way you do things. that's being too domineering already :s quite tiring also. hehe. what ah ma :x i'm just thinking and pondering about WHAT IFs okay! yah. its pathetically ghey please -_- and suddenly we have GATE GRILLS WITH THE MDIS WORD CARVED INSIDE. you know those metal long grills fences that surround the school? WTF they replaced it with those with the MDIS name inside -_- wah lao. so flamboyant for what. so much extra money, please spend it on areas that need it moreeeeeee. pfft.

do that! you can never be too paranoid when it comes to the net. i still remember this lab lesson where our lecturer challenged us to find our juniors blogs through search engine...it was fun, but it was scary when we went home and thought about how easy it was to sniff out blogs. so JW got wind of that too! i think that's what the article was about...all those social network things that anyone could just browse. it's also why i'm considering going FO (though not yet...but the time will come eventually). haha see??? it's not just about shineh FO banners! which is the biggest reason but...oh well!XD

agreed. my friend says it's better to know, so you can avoid the bad stuff, but i always think "there's a point there, but where do you draw the line?". *dodges punch*

Yeah, JW went to clear his friendster page before his job interview. Cos he heard of employers going to check on their employees. I know leh. I think its quite risky to add colleagues on friendster/facebook because some employers may have their contacts and then will kenna discovered :x hahaha. And then they will spy on you. Hahaha. Aiyer, at the most set privacy levels to friends only for friendster/facebook/livejournal :D

I know! I used to be pretty crazy bout that too, just to show off my shineh banner :s hehe. You shld do mood themes too :x that one's quite a lot of work but still VERY VERY shineh nonetheless. I've been wanting to do mood themes but laziness have gotten the better of me :p

actually i don't even touch my friendster account already XD i don't have a facebook account. i guess the novelty of such things has worn off on me.

EH??! i ever considered once or twice, but omg moodtheme is a hell lot of work!! i got a KHR moodtheme and the uploading almost killed me. i swear, i'm gonna keep it there for many months. changing moodtheme is just too much work, let alone making one XD

early? haha my parents want to save up on the electricity bill, at night always naaaag at us to switch off all the stuff and not go too bed too late. nvm gal! the 7 days will zoom by, trust me.

Yeah, you're like my younger sister! She has no friendster, no facebook. She doesn't see the point in such stuff and isn't interested even o_o She rather just bum on her bed whole day long playing her ds lite or whatever :s haha.

o_o Yah, moodtheme's alot of work! I tried making once, but then i gave up after a few minutes cos it seems so tough :x the uploading's a pain -_- no doubt bout it. LOL.

No wonder you sleep so early, because they want to save up on the electricity bill :s but its true lah. its getting more ex now -_- everything's going up up up up up up up. :x yeah. i hope they do zoom by. i know it will, if i don't look at my clock/watch when working, that'd help.
