last night i played basketball for about 30-40 minutes.

by "play", i mean like standing and shooting and a bit of running. not full on 1 on 1 game. hahaha

today, my body is *slightly* sore (WTH).

but it's worth it. it was fun. got to show my hidden skillz hahahahahahaha.

on a side note, i think i seriously need to exercise. a bit of hoops and i get sore? WTH.
