I had to sleep with a fan on for the first time this year last night. It got to about 86 yesterday here in Seattle and if you know Seattle, you know that is too hot for most of us. It's going to be almost that hot again today.
I bought a $20 chaise lounge at Target yesterday so that I can enjoy the little bit of sun we get on our patio.
Mom is all cleaned up and spiffy for her CAT Scan today. I'm a little concerned that she won't do well. Her back usually hurts pretty bad when she has to lie flat on anything. I'll be bringing a couple of throw pillows to help with that and I will give her at least two of her 10mg oxycodones. That's about the same amount I give her to take a shower.
Other than that, I'm kind of wide open today but I'm sure I'll find something to do with my time.
I just called in to treatment because I forgot to call yesterday and I was supposed to go pee yesterday. I did call at 8am but they hadn't made the recording of who was supposed to come in for that day yet. I'll have to call and see what happens when you miss your day. The truth is, though, I was too busy to get in there at all yesterday with my doctor appointment and therapy. I guess I could have gone after therapy but I didn't. Maybe they'll want me to come in today, which I can do.
