Does anyone here in Seattle know what the hell was going on yesterday evening?? I started seeing people with their lounge chairs, blankets, and ice chests lining the streets around the library. Then, later around 11pm while out driving around, Ben and I saw crowds of people pouring to their cars. Was there a parade?? The significance of July 30th??
